The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Sehr schön ist auch die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Blick in‘s Grüne. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Unterstellmöglichkeit mit Stromanschluß zum Laden Ihrer E-bikes ist vorhanden. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Auch Haustiere können nicht mitgebracht werden.

We rent a houseboat on the Lahn in Fachbach with 2 bunk beds, as well as a 2 sitting/sleeping combination. The boat is suitable for up to 4 people. The houseboat is not rented for driving at the moment! For urgent and short-term concerns, please call. Please NOTE that the check-in times must be adhered to, as they are not flexible. The check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm at the latest. After that, check-in is only possible by arrangement.

The charming apartment "Loucia" (about 40 m²) is compact, stylishly furnished and ideal for 2–3 people. A cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed (180 cm) ensures a good night's sleep. In the living area, a practical sofa bed offers space for a third person or a child. The fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with TV and access to the communal barbecue area make "Loucia" the perfect retreat for couples or small travel groups.
