Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Kenai river access for fishing a short walk from your cabin. 13 acres allows for the chance see wildlife from your porch while having coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. We also have 6 RV sites with full hookups. Dry camping. Laundry cabin with coin op washers and dryers. It also has an extra bath with 2 Showers.

Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
