In a unique environment on a wooded property of 6000 square meters, quiet and 5 minutes from the city center, a nice farmhouse typical of the Nîmes region (or Mazet), facing south. The late 19th century Mazet is fully furnished, with a living room and all amenities on the ground floor and a large bedroom upstairs. The roof terrace hosts a pool where you can swim while looking at the Arles arenas. On the ground floor our street office can be used as an exhibition or work area. The house has many old and unsafe stairs and is not suitable for young children. Welcome!
