We rent a newly renovated apartment with a south-facing balcony. The bright apartment has a pentry kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and sink. It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.
