We rent a newly renovated apartment with a south-facing balcony. The bright apartment has a pentry kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and sink. It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. The tram takes about ten minutes to the MAIN TRAIN STATION, and the trade fair is also easily accessible. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Small but nice

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
