Conveniently located 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. It is a small inn, but we value creating a homey atmosphere and a calm space where you can take a deep breath. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding to your heart's content. In the evening, the living room at Casinoya becomes a bar lounge, offering food and drinks to guests. If you'd like to have a drink before bed, you are welcome. We also provide a la carte meals. Locals also visit the bar lounge, so please try to get some deep information about Niseko. We provide shuttle service to and from the Hirafu Welcome Center at check-in and check-out. Please let us know your bus time. Pick up is after 4 pm. We do not provide transfers to Kushiro station, but there is a bus that runs from the station. Get off at the "Kirifuri Kita" bus stop. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just about a 2-minute drive from the Date highway exit. Datemombetsu Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by car. With a 10–15 minute walk, you can get to the city center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds (ramen, sushi kaiten, izakaya, and various fast-food places). From April to November, we provide bicycles free of charge, which you can use to get around the city.

The Snowbird building is located 300 meters from the Family Ace Lift in Hirafu village and in the heart of the main shopping and dining area. Snowbird Studios Niseko has 7 self-contained studios and a couple of 1 bedroom apartments. They are all fully self contained and have wooden floors, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge/dining area and private bathrooms as well as laundry/ski/dry room facilities in the building.
