Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nisiros

Endroit Magique, authentique, beau et simple, vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse sur le volcan! Le village d’Emborios est très joli, la taverne à deux pas ( quasiment dans la maison ) est excellente et le cadre, l’ambiance géniale. On est dans la montagne et l’île est petite, sauvage donc l’atmosphère reste calme, détendante, joyeuse et ouverte à tous. L’accueil de Takis est top, facile, sympathique et accueillant. Merci Takis!

It was the second long-term stay, this time for two months...everything was perfect again. Thomas, as always, immediately available for any concerns. Enough has been written about the house by other guests .... simply a brilliant place to stay on the island to have a good time. Thanks again Thomas. See you next time

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

Staying at Amalia's house was the best summer decision we have made. Such a unique and lovely place, in the best village of Nisyros island. Amalia has decorated the house in a harmonic way. We cannot find words to express our gratitude to her creation. The balcony overlooking the Aegean horizon, the garden of relaxation with lights and candles. the additional garden under in the bedrooms area. I am really interested in this architectural approach. Everything is convenient... they have even a tent to borrow, or a carrier for your super market shopping from the parking. If you find this Appartment available do not even hesitate to book it. Also, we have stayed for 6 nights and 7 days in the island and we needed much more.. the last is mentioned as many say it is a small island, what can we do in there? Trust me there are plenty of things you can do and you will enjoy. Thank you very much Amalia for warming our hearts for the oncoming winter with your amazing energetic house. Thank you!!!

Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück von Peter und seiner Frau sind einfach traumhaft! Die einzigartige und einsame Lage in den Hängen, ca. 200 oberhalb des Firscherorts Pali mit weitem Blick über das Meer und die naheliegenden Inseln ist atemberaubend schön. Das traditionelle Anwesen wurde mit bemerkenswert gutem Geschmack restauriert und erweitert. Von den beiden grußzügigen Terrassen hat man einen sagenhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Auch die Innenarchitektur und die Einrichtung sind wunderschön. Überall klare Linien, kein überflüssiger Kram. Ich wüsste nicht, wie man das Haus noch verschönern könnte. Hier haben zwei Menschen mit viel Liebe einen unvergleichlichen Ort geschaffen. Wir haben es als Privileg empfunden, dort unsere Urlaubstage verbringen zu zu dürfen. Peter und seine Frau zeigten sich außerdem überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen unseres Aufenthalts. Kurz: Mit Abstand das schönste Haus, das wir bisher gebucht haben. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison. La vue et le jardin sont superbes, le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour profiter du coucher du soleil… La région de l’île où est situé la maison est une des plus jolie et permet de rayonner facilement de tous les côtés. Seul point de vigilance, il n’y a qu’une chambre fermée, les 2 autres sont en fait des alcôves : une en mezzanine et l’autre dans la pièce de vie sur le modèle des maisons traditionnelles grecques.

Our stay at Prometheus's place was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The place offers so many unique features, including a jacuzzi, massage chair, home cinema, and multiple patios with beautiful views. The white sand beach as a backyard is an extra bonus...! Prometheus is a very attentive and thoughtful host, even helping us with local car rental options and providing us with extensive recommendations for exploring Kos. The house is located in Mastichari, a quiet and pretty area, but with lovely and free beaches that you could easily spend your entire time there without needing to travel elsewhere. My family and I are incredibly thankful to Prometheus for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at his beautiful home, and we hope to return for a longer stay next summer! You could really enjoy this home with a group of friends and spend quality time at home during your Kos vacay!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und schön, sehr persönlich, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viel Platz und rundum Fenster. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, die Dusche super. Die Kommunikation mit Helen und Dimitri war sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Posizione perfetta per girare l’isola di Kos, un terrazzo vista mare molto bello e comodo per un aperitivo. Chiristine disponibile e molto simpatica

Me gustó hospedarme en Nissia, me sentí muy cómoda, limpian la habitación a diario. Fue muy buena mi experiencia. Nassos fue muy amable.

Betty is a great host, she & Mr Yiannis made sure that everything was made easy for our 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight and she was there to welcome us, provided us everything we needed during the stay, and even helped us after checkout to leave our luggage and wait at her sitting room. The apartment is exactly as it’s shown in the photos, and very well equipped. The only info that is not clear from the description is that the apartment is a semi-basement with a stairway that connects it with the main house where Betty and her husband live, ie not very soundproof. Though that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Thank you Betty, we hope we are back soon.

Beautiful house, extremely comfortable and very clean. Easy check in and check out and early check-in/ late checkout accommodated! Lovely clean pool, playground great for kids, citrus fruits growing in the grounds... bliss!

Özcan Bey’in harika iletişimi, özenle düşünülmüş tüm ince detaylar ve evin mükemmel konumu sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir deneyim yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan bile güzel olan, komşulardan izole, iki katlı ve pırıl pırıl temiz bu evde, nefes kesen deniz manzarası eşliğinde, Palamutbükü’nün huzur dolu atmosferinde keyifle bir hafta geçirdik. Artık Palamutbükü seyahatlerimizde adresimiz belli. Özcan Bey ve ailesine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Schöne Villa in guter und ruhiger Lage mit tollem und weitem Blick über das Meer bis zur Türkei. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Pool, ausreichend vielen qualitativ guten Liegen, einer Loungeecke, Wirlpool, … Sehr zuvorkommende, immer erreichbare Gastgeber mit herzlichen Service durch Maria. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Oneiro mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zudem war der Gastgeber jeder Zeit erreichbar und super zuvorkommend.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best places we've stayed in anywhere in Greece! It's a wonderful old stone house in Mandraki, an immaculate historical village and the main inhabited place on Nisyros. The place has been comfortably modernized and well supplied with everything you'd need. A spacious kitchen is a plus, as is the surprisingly fast WiFi. We had a lovely stay. Popi is very hospitable, including meeting us at the port to guide us to the house, and making sure that the local museums opened for us.

Il soggiorno in Villa da Alexander è stato perfetto! La villa corrisponde alla foto, anzi è molto meglio dal vivo, la struttura è fornita di tutto cioè che potreste pensare di aver bisogno, è incredibile. La zona è ben riservata e controllata, inoltre è in un punto sopra elevato dove si vedono albe e tramonti da sogno. Infine, Alexander è un host perfetto, spiega tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha consigliato posti di mare e ristoranti, a volte prenotando anche per noi. Spero prima o poi di ritornarci! Villa e Host super consigliato!!

Ons contactpersoon Kallia heeft ons veel geholpen in de voorbereidingen en tijdens ons verblijf. De villa was heerlijk vertoeven. Het zwembad schoon en de tuin goed onderhouden. Genoeg voorzieningen in de keuken om te koken en lekker koffie te zetten. Met een e-bike ben je in 10 minuten in Kos stad, anders zou ik wel een scooter of auto adviseren te huren. Het enige kleine puntje is dat wij niet hadden verwacht dat het aantal slaapkamers af werd gestemd op ons aantal, een aantal slaapkamers waren dicht. Dat was bij het boeken niet duidelijk, hierdoor konden mensen die alleen wilden slapen in een slaapkamer dat niet doen. Al met al een geweldig verblijf!
