João Carlos was very attentive and quick in communication with us. The accommodations corresponded to the listing, and the location is privileged. All in order and "smell" in the apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. I only missed a microwave, but there are several other household appliances available (bleacher, blender, fruit juicer, misteira, electric coffee shop, TV and air conditioning in both environments). I recommend!

Very good Estadia, fully met the description of the listing, very safe, clean and with a great infrastructure in the condominium. In addition to everything very well located, close to the beach, with great restaurants by the sea. At the entrance to the neighborhood there is a market, pharmacies, all with easy access. The only addendum is due to the air conditioning machines that stay inside the apartment, which causes a certain nuisance in the matter of noise for those staying in the single dormitory, but nothing that makes the stay difficult.

Me and my bride very much enjoyed the stay! The location is privileged, close to the beach and with easy access to everything and that was a very positive point! The check-in was super easy and the people at the gatehouse were very kind and attentive. We like that they even have valet, which was a good surprise. The apê also met expectations and was exactly the same as in the pictures. About cleaning, it was great! Everything very clean organized, that was a very positive point as well. Finally, we thank Henrique for the reception and communication. It was an excellent stay!!

The very accessible place, charming structure, care with accessibility and care for corners in the kids arena, constant preventive maintenance, security, organization in the condominium and within the apartment the feel of home. We had a brilliant stay at the flat. It was as described and had everything we needed. The location is ideal if you would like to be close to the beach and it's not too far from restaurants and shops.

The apartment is in a very safe, organized condominium with great structure and facing the sea. The neighborhood is great, quite safe and has bakery, pharmacy, market and other establishments. Region Optimum! The pool is outstanding. Camboinhas beach has several cool kiosks, and the sea is good for bathing. I highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!

I spent New Year's with my family at Casazen and it was amazing. We didn't leave the house to enjoy ourselves at any time, we did everything inside it haha. The pool was amazing. The air-conditioning was all working really well. Warm showers. Juliana was wonderful from the first contact until after check-out. We stayed a few days but we certainly intend to come back again and again.

We love your stay in the house, a very complete house with all the equipment, large and very cozy! It is important to know that it is only 3 rooms and not 4 as in the description and that Mr. Carlos is in the back of the house during the stay, where there was no such information in the listing!

The house is a dream! The architecture mixes with the nature of the surrounding garden, it is even more beautiful in person. The region, although away from many points of Rio, is of an unparalleled peace and privacy! My friends and I spent 2 days at the house and enjoyed it all! We only miss spices to have a barbecue, nothing that would compromise the experience, but here's the tip for the owner, a little salt of nothing would work for us haha, but again, note 10!
