The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Season is from June 2025 - September 2025 Apartment no. 2 with small garden and side view of the sea and pool. It has a double bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living area. It has a smart TV and a dining table. In the kitchen there is a kitchenette, sink, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and cups as well as dishwashing liquid, sponges and towels. Linens and towels are included.
