The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace. On the first floor, there is a cosy, air-conditioned studio with a sloping ceiling and a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine-producing châteaux. There is a small sitting area with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.

We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.
