The apartment was exactly as described: and above all very clean. Everything was in perfect order, from fresh laundry sheets to common areas with attention to the smallest details. The location was ideal for visiting the city, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay. James & Amber's home was truly exceptional - one of the most beautiful houses I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable, from the thoughtful interior design to the perfectly maintained outdoor areas. The home exceeded all expectations with its stunning architecture, comfortable furnishings, and ideal location. Every room felt both luxurious and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. James was an outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best possible stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and quickly addressed any questions we had. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!!!

Palazzo Belvedere was perfect for our 5 night stay. Luigi met us, despite encountering travel delays, to check us into the property & answer any queries we had. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace, which makes the property very spacious. Luigi was a fantastic host. So many local recommendations for anything! Surano is a great base to travel anywhere in Salento. Highly recommend!
