This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated with quality materials, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

Our house is located between Paris and Disneyland, perfect for those assisting at the Olympic Games. It is just a 3-minute walk to a farm, a 5-minute walk to a protected forest. A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann). Vaires-sur-Marne: 10mins by car.

Welcome to Our Home.... We invite you to discover our 20 m2 outbuilding, which includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with integrated washing machine, a separate toilet and a double bed. Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! The place is an outbuilding. Bright and quiet with a small terrace. A country feel in the city. Large like a studio with all the accommodations of a 2-room apartment thanks to the sleeping area which has a 160 bed frame and the bathroom with its skylight. Functional – plenty of storage. beds made on arrival - towels and tea towel provided garden table and chairs - barbecue Possibility to park a two-wheeler. Free car parking possible in nearby streets.
