In a new residence, Studio very well located and fully equipped, with a 20 m2 terrace on the top floor allowing you to enjoy the Ile-de-France sunset The apartment is located near Noisy-le-Grand station (RER A) from which you will be 15 minutes from Paris (Châtelet Les Halles) or 20 minutes from DisneyLand By car you will be 12 minutes from Paris (Bercy 75012) and 18 minutes from DisneyLand, an underground parking space is reserved for you Shops 6 minutes walk.

Garden level with separate entrance from the garden side. Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.
