Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

The cottage offers a pleasant space of 50 m2 and is arranged as a loft. Composed of a bedroom area with double bed (160*200) with access to the bathroom and toilet (separate), a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining room and a sitting area with a wood stove (wood basket: 5€/day). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. A small room adjoining the cottage allows you to store bicycles (rental possible). Adsl internet access via WiFi + network and TV.
