Nice, bright and quiet attic apartment

The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

This beautiful apartment is located between cycling and hiking trails. From the terrace, you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside all the way to the mountains. An electric awning protects you from the sun. The terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast or relaxed barbecue evenings. A grocery store is within easy reach. The district town of Sankt Wendel is only 6 kilometers away and offers numerous shopping opportunities, a swimming pool, and many well-known events.
