Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. The Apartment (house half, 128 sq.m./outskirts Wüsting), surrounded by an enchanting artist garden with private entrance u. Terrace. Large eat-in kitchen & fireplace room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung, die Balsam für jede Seele ist. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen + Verweilen ein, ist uneinsehbar, umzäunt + "ausbruchssicher" für 2/4-beinige Abenteurer. Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
