Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The holiday home in Harztor/Ilfeld is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on a 2000 sqm garden plot opposite the main house. Car parking space on the property, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as a hiker, skier, biker, motorist or comfortably with the Harz narrow-gauge railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

The accommodation is oriented to the garden. A large terrace and the garden can be used by the guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. In close proximity there is a supermarket, with butcher and bakery, a cafe, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is on the A 38 with a direct exit. There are a variety of recreational opportunities in the surrounding area. A bear park, amusement baths, Grenzlandmuseum, and much more.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. There is a toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also at the disposal of all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.
