The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Time out in the historic Davensberg train station. The station is perched on a hill between a nature reserve and the Davert. Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.
