Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. The approximately 45 square meter apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short-term vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the direct proximity to local companies such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

Guesthouse Gretl Oettingen

You will stay in a nice old town house in the middle of the historic city center of Oettingen. All restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance, and parking is also nearby. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. From the roof terrace you have great views over the city.
