🏡 Newly refurbished flat in a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. ♨️ A sauna and hot tub are available for an additional fee. They are located at the side of the house, offering a lovely view of the natural surroundings. Price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you wish to use both for two hours. This must be arranged with the host well in advance, as they will heat the place and get everything ready for you.

It is located in a rural area, but centrally, with only 2 minutes to the motorway. A short distance to Tusenfryd, Drøbak, Ski and Oslo. If you're going shopping, you have several options within a 15-minute drive: Ski Storsenter, Vinterbro Storsenter, Oslo Fashion Outlet (in Vestby), Vestby Storsenter and Drøbak City. Less than a 25-minute drive to the Krokhol disc golf course.

Attractive, bright two-bedroom flat with private parking and charging facility for rent. Good location, with a bus to Oslo in just 25 minutes. Right next to Tusenfryd, just a 10-minute walk to the main entrance – so you don't have to worry about parking. Short distance to the centre, swimming area at Breivoll, and Ekeberg (Norway Cup) is 20 minutes away. Perfect for World Cup matches in Oslo. Two bedrooms with double beds mean that the flat is suitable for up to 4 people, but bringing small children along is of course absolutely fine 👍

Get the feeling of being in the countryside, while it is close to the train station (4 min to walk) with 12 min to Oslo. Within walking distance of Kolbotn town centre, with shops/restaurants, and train/bus services to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa. Can rent 3 Sup and rowboat located in the garden (only summer months). Combine Oslo tour with peace and quiet.

Central in Ski. 900 meters to Ski center with Ski Station. 200 meters to convenience store. Nice and quiet residential area. Parking just outside the apartment on its own plot. The place is great for one person, but can also be suitable for 2 people for shorter stays, 2-3 days. The pictures show the sofa bed made up for one person, or alternatively for two people. (Note: somewhat cramped for 2 people).

To the University of Ås you can choose a bus or train, or maybe a bike ride. Outdoor ice rink for free use nearby. Trim trail in the wooded area behind the property. Good hiking opportunities nearby.

There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀
