Family-friendly house with sheltered outdoor area for rent this summer. Bright and pleasant part of two-person residence above two levels. Three bedrooms with five beds. Two toilets, located in large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and in washing room with access to washing machine. The home is well adapted for families with children, with trampoline and good bolt space on terraces and lawn with good sun conditions throughout the day. Garage with electric cars is available for rent. Dogs are allowed and dogs live in the house as usual.

Cozy little house/leisure home with residential standard located in rural surroundings close to Ski city center. The home maintains a consistently good interior standard where a number of upgrades have been made in recent times. The bedroom has a double bed. Possibility of single bed in the living room for extra guests. Good train connections from both Ski and Langhus to Oslo. Car is a necessity as there is no collective offer within walking distance. Looking for a quiet place near the city? Take a look at our house in Svartskog, just 30 minutes from Oslo. The property includes its own private beach and dock – great for a morning swim or fishing. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. It is a large house with room for two families or an extended family, single or several couples of friends. Short distance to the nearest bus stop and Ski city center. From Ski it is the 11 min train to Oslo. Good hiking and activity opportunities in the area. More workplaces so here you can also have away offices. More info will be sent after booking.

The house is located in the middle of the dead end, but centrally located with 1 min to E18. Short distance to Tusenfryd, Ski, Oslo and Drøbak. 1.3 km to Kråkstad train station. 17 min. with the Follo Line to Oslo S. If you are going shopping, Ski Center is 7 minutes away.
