Private jetty and swimming area and a common jetty that is more child-friendly with a beach and benches. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the common jetty and our own jetty is about 70 meters with stairs down to the water. Quiet, undisturbed cabin 20 min drive from Ryen There are large open areas with forest but also some private areas. Langenvannet is about 10 km long and we are located in the middle of the lake. If you want to go for a walk in the woods, it is best if we explain where you can go for the best possible walk. Avoid private properties

A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

Within walking distance of Kolbotn town centre, with shops/restaurants, and train/bus services to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa. Can rent 3 Sup and rowboat located in the garden (only summer months). Combine Oslo tour with peace and quiet.

A beautiful and unspoilt area by the inner Oslofjord. Here you have sun from early in the morning until it sets behind Nesodden late in the evening. The property is large, child-friendly and fenced. Tusenfryd amusement park is 15 minutes away by car. The house has a fantastic view of the fjord.

Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice, hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.
