We are family of 5. We would like to rent out our house :) Stay close to Tusenfryd in an idyllic, child-friendly and cosy location in Ski. The terraced house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining area. The outdoor area is perfect for families with children, as there are 3 playgrounds, a zipline, a football pitch and a quiet street to play in. One bathroom has a bathtub. - Bed linen may be available for hire at an additional cost. - A laundry service can be booked for an additional charge; alternatively, we can arrange for you to do the laundry yourself if you prefer.

Two large terraces with FANTASTIC views, forest at the back with no overlooking, sun from morning to evening. Here you can enjoy late summer evenings with barbecues or just relaxing. Perfect for those who want a high standard and pay less than hotels. In a new, modern residential house in Kolbotn's best villa district you can stay in one of the rooms and at the same time have your own luxurious bathroom and wardrobe. The common area is the kitchen and upper living room. If you need to wash clothes, you can use the laundry room. Broadband is a given. The bed is a newer and very comfortable 120 cm bed that can fit an adult and a child, a couple, or you traveling alone. Long-term rent for commuters is possible.

From my central and non-generating end terraced house, the whole group has easy access to a great patio of 50 sqm, with trampoline and various toys, 50m to playgrounds, Tusenfryd 10 min away, Oslo 25min away by car and 17 min by train, Østfoldbadet, Drøbak 10 min etc. There are 3 bedrooms (180, 160, 120) and a TV room with sofa bed (160) with associated mattress topper. There are 3 TVs, all with Chromecast. High quality kitchen appliances and good comfort in the house in general. You are welcome to our home (Ås)

Grocery store/pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. 5 min walk to direct bus that takes you to Oslo S in 30 min

Boligen har 3 uteplasser slik at du kan følge sola rundt huset og befinner seg i et bilfritt borettslag med massevis av lekeplasser/ barnehager , samt en kort spaser,-kjøretur unna fjorden (hvervenbukta). Lett kommunikasjon ned til Oslo Sentrum med buss, og en er ikke fullt avhengig av bil. Lett å handle, nærmeste butikkhar en gangavstand på 5 minutter.
