The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms.
