Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility. Welcome to Leipzig! Enjoy our quiet, charming retreat on the outskirts of town, bordering Taucha. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed and desk as well as a living room with sofa bed and extra bed. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and in the bathroom you will find a combination of shower, bathtub and washer-dryer. Perfect spot for your relaxing stay or productive business trip. Make yourself at home!

Office sofa

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

Living at the foot of the Schloßberg

The small, cozy attic apartment is centrally located yet quiet between Schloßberg and Mühlgraben. (Market, city center, city information, castle, zoo, train station, etc. are within walking distance). From the loft bed (double bed) you can observe the starry sky. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. We can gladly provide another mattress and a crib.

Cozy and practically furnished garden house right in the middle of a small village. The garden house stands free for itself with a bench and a table in front to enjoy the beautiful days outside. The garden house is located on a 3,200 square meter property where there is still a residential house on it
