Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4-6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente.
