Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors.
