Charming renovated house in the middle of a rural village. The house dates back to 1900 and was completely renovated in 2020. It consists of a main room, which serves as a living room, kitchen, on it and in double height on a wooden structure rises the bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a large Jacuzzi. The house has natural gas heating, plus a fireplace. It has LED lights and indirect lighting. You can be inside at 25 degrees while it's snowing outside.

The house is located in a quiet area, with easy parking and proximity to supermarkets. 5 min walk to village centre and hiking trails on one of the best greenways in Spain. It's less than a ten minute walk to the old town, first rural wonder of 2019. Its central enclave within the northwest Murciano will allow you to see other beautiful sites such as Caravaca de la Cruz and Moratalla, 7km away and 20km away. You can enjoy all kinds of sports.

It is a 200 year old house located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by almond and olive trees of organic cultivation, 3.5 km from the nearest village. It is located at the foot of the Sierra de Carrascoy Natural Park. The last 700 meters of access is by a rural road. The house has been tried to keep the flavor of yesteryear, but with the current comforts. I hope you're feeling comfortable.

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed. It has heating, bed linens, towels and kitchenware. From there you can go to the source of the Mundo River by a hiking trail without taking the car, which is very nice by the way.
