Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. Upstairs, is a double en-suite with stunning sea views over the Firth of Forth and a twin room. A small garden at seaside with seating and a patio to the rear. 20mins drive away from St.Andrews

Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Newtonlees Cottage-A hidden gem!

Peaceful and homey self-contained accommodation - a separated annexe to our home. It is on the outskirts of Dunbar but within walking distance (~25 mins). Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

Great for families and groups!

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. With a bar, snooker room, TV room, 64mbps WIFI, darts, foosball, boardgames, gas fired BBQ, and huge garden, there is lots to do. This former Inn has loads of character and is very conveniently located near the A1 giving easy access to many of the attractions in the area. **Recent ratings consistently high since new shower room end of 2019 ** !! Lovely small Victorian home in middle of the seaside town, North Berwick. Close to sea, town centre and train station. Beautiful period features - ceiling roses, Cornicing and stained glass window above door. Lovely new kitchen fitted and shower room. New banister fitted in hall. (Bookings are only for the number of guests booked by Airbnb. Compensation will be sought additional guests).
