Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a private electric heated pool, BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table + chairs. This open concept North Captiva home is great for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. Short stroll to the sugar sand, some of the best shelling, explore the nature preserve, dine at the 4 local restaurants or tour this remote slice of paradise. BBQ on the screened in porch. One of the earlier homes built on the island, it offers Florida charm. High speed internet, Club Access (2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis, bikes, kayaks). Complimentary 4 person golf cart included. A quick 30 minute trip from Pine Island, North Captiva is a golf cart only island (that’s right, no cars!) that has the best beaches and shelling in the area. Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).

Blue Laguna features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths allowing this home to sleep up to 6 people. Two screened in lanai's so you can sit and enjoy the island breeze and leave the sliding doors open for a true island nature experience during the colder seasons. A golf cart for 4 persons is also included in the rental.
