Annex - views of fields and forests

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

Cozy guest house

Stay quiet in beautiful surroundings! You will stay in my cozy guesthouse set up for 2 people. The guesthouse has a tea kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, a small living room and access to garden and covered terrace with barbecue. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the vines or take a walk to the beach or forest under 1 km from here. I live in the main house next door, so if you have any questions or wishes, you are always welcome to knock. Breakfast can be booked and purchased at our neighbouring restaurant.

"Guldsmed / Libelle"

Our "Guesthouse Guldsmed" is located in a small village between Ribe, Denmark's oldest and most beautiful town, and the stunning holiday island of Rømø (about 30 minutes away). It's approximately 45 minutes to the German border. Our small guesthouse features one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a private entrance, and a combined living room and kitchen (with a two-burner induction cooktop) with a cozy corner. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Arrive... feel at home and relax...

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Small house in the countryside, close to Rømø

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. The home is located 20 minutes from Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 30 minutes from the German border. Suitable for everyone, whether it's couples, friends or families. The house is located on a disused property, with its own driveway and outdoor area. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a swing and a sandbox for children. The outdoor area is being improved continuously.

The ground floor contains a kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge, small oven, electric kettle) and a dining area as well as a living area with 2 sleeping places that also functions as a corner sofa. Under the sofa are boxes with bedding The furniture under the clock holds cutlery. The ladder up to the loft is relatively steep so be careful. In the loft is a double bed. There is a monitor with a PC where you can watch DRTV, NDR plus Netflix, Viaplay, YouTube.

Heider Altstadtkoje

Welcome to the Heider Altstadtkoje! You will be staying in a lovingly converted former stable building of a town villa from 1908 – quiet, yet in the middle of the old town of Heide. Cafes, restaurants, shops and the train station are within easy walking distance. New since June 2026: high-quality beds with individually adjustable Airfect mattresses and comfortable pillows. A small terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax.

Cozy and newly established apartment for max 4 people is located in Arrild Holiday Village. The area offers lovely nature, a golf course as a neighbor, swimming pool, playgrounds, fishing lake, miniature golf, tennis and less than 30km to Ribe, Tønder, Åbenrå and Rømø. The apartment has a private entrance and is located in extension of private accommodation. There is a private terrace and parking.

The apartment is located at the northern end of the island, where there is peace and quiet, but still close to shopping, beach and nature. In July and August, it is preferably rented for whole weeks. Pets are not allowed.

Our small apartment on the dike

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
