The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Enjoy this freshly renovated home, water views from every room and window, all bedrooms are equipped with a/c, free WiFi and smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen has an amazing view of the water.

Enjoy true walking access yet be in a quiet 18th century neighorhood. Across the street from the historic Portsmouth waterfront and around the corner from Pierce Island, Prescott Park, Strawbery Banke and Point of Graves, 112 Mechanic is an incredibly charming home. No pets please. Street park with ease.

Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen is closed mid November to early April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.
