Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. Perfect for students and professors as it is 8 mins from Molloy College and 12 mins from Adelphi University. Prime location for commuters as it is 5 mins from the LIRR and 30 mins from JFK airport. Want to sit back and take in some vitamin D? Jones beach is just 20 mins away.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
