De woning bevat 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers, een ruime woonkamer, een grote open keuken met vele inbouwapparatuur oa. vaatwasser, een eettafel, een badkamer met douche, een inpandige schuur met oa. wasmachine, een zonnige tuin met terras en een schuur met fietsen.

Kleine sfeervolle ruimte met vide, het slaapgedeelte (1.90 hoog) is te bereiken via een wenteltrap van 55cm breed. Er is een kitchenette, gezellige knusse woonkamer met bank en tv. Een moderne badkamer met douche en toilet op de begane grond. De hofkamer bevindt zich achter het woonhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang via de steeg naast het huis, tijdens je verblijf wordt de gedeelde tuin alleen gebruikt door de eigenaar om iets in of uit de schuur te halen.
