Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Kingstown

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

Lisel’s place was perfect for our girls weekend! The house was as described and shown in the pictures, with plenty of space for our group of 8. The location was exactly what we were looking for. We were away from the hustle of downtown, but close to everywhere we needed to be - beaches, vineyards and downtown were all within 15 minutes. Check-in was a breeze and earlier than other Airbnbs in the area, and check-out was later than most - which was appreciated! I would definitely book again!

Monica’s home was just perfect. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need. She was a great hosts, providing local events to check out during our stay and eh was extremely responsive and personable. Would definitely stay here again!

Heather's home is a jewel. All the mechanicals are topnotch and the house is comfortable and charming. It is clearly a well-loved home. This is our second visit and it feels like a privilege to be allowed to enjoy the ease of the space and the serenity of the area. Heather is a wonderful host who anticipates needs that you didn't even know you had. "A place for everything and everything in its place" seems to be her operating principle. As guests, we very much appreciated this thoughtful aspect of how the house functions. The expectations for guests are clear and appropriate. Should questions need to be answered, Heather is unfailingly prompt and and helpful. At some point in the future we hope to book a summer stay just to try the outdoor shower. It looks amazing! Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Really great building with all listed amenities. Great flat with all the necessities and comfortable as can be while traveling. Really prime location in the heart of the town with easily walkable destinations all around.

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

This was a great spot for us. It was easy to get in and out and explore around. We really enjoyed the use of this apartment, it met all our needs, was clean and tidy and had all we could ask for. We enjoyed getting to explore around the town and were appreciative of the helpful guidebook that was provided in the apartment. She was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with her as we came and went during our time. The neighborhood is a cool area that we enjoyed exploring. This spot helped make our trip a great one.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

We booked Tyler and Lauren’s place for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was perfect for our needs and close to the wedding venue. Their place was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of their outdoor fire pit area, including the s’more fixings they left for us. They have a lovely yard and Lauren was incredibly friendly and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting RI.

Great lakeside retreat! Perfect for our small family!

Great find! Hidden cottage away from the road, with lots of space to sit indoors and outdoors. Master bedroom spacious but missing blinds, make sure to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in! Enjoyed our stay!

I really liked all the outdoor activities my daughter and I did! Karen let us borrow the games inside the cabinet and they were pretty interesting. There's a lot of beds, and they are all comfortable. I really like the view when we were sleeping on one of the bed because you can see the lake when the sun sets or rises. It's really beautiful and I really liked spending time on the canoe and having this vacation! My family and I loved coming here and hope that we can come again. Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

Gary was extremely helpful and responsive. The house is beautifully designed. The only downside was the ticks—we found several on our dog throughout our stay. Apparently, male ticks are less likely to transmit diseases, but I’d recommend giving your dog tick prevention medication before your trip, just to be safe.

Jessica’s cabin was perfection. We visited during a sunny fall weekend and spent the whole time outside canoeing, playing croquet, and sitting by the fire-pit. Then we moved inside to hang out by the fireplace inside. It is a lovely, private spot and comes fully equipped with everything you need.
