The Tex Rail station is a short walk away, so the train can take you to Dallas or Fort Worth and lots of places in-between. You can sleep 6 comfortably in the king bed, 2 full beds, and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar for that cup of morning joe. There’s working space with a comfortable chair, and we are kid and dog friendly.

This beautiful home is family friendly and definitely perfect for hot Texas weather! The backyard has a cool swimming pool with a back netted patio. The large fenced yard is perfect for your pets. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. There is plenty of seating for large groups too. House even has a double car garage. Check out my reviews at my other places as this is brand new! Many restaurants, retail stores and a mall nearby. (However no parties and no large gatherings allowed)

With so-cozy vibes, you will find yourself just wanting to grab a good book and favorite warm beverage as you sit in the light-filled sunroom with windows that go from floor to ceiling ... It's almost like being in a tree house as this 2nd floor residence has a view overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and the street where you can see walkers walking, and friends talking as they exercise or carry their favorite furry friend for a stroll. Unnecessary?...I say no Pet friendly (free!) and perfect for families or couples on a little luxury getaway. Can fit bigger groups with kids - double check sleeping setup if a large group
