Beautifully located on the beach of Nilakka, a grandmother's cottage, a child-friendly shallow beach and an atmospheric cottage sauna "on" the water. On the sauna terrace there is a hot tub that can be rented separately (remember to check availability). As landscape keepers, a flock of sheep in the vicinity of the cottage or on the main farm, the village road runs through the 3ha cottage plot but the location is still very quiet. The main farm is a horse farm located 0.5 km away in a small idyllic Savonian village. In summer, the cottage can accommodate a larger group, ask for more information!

Welcome to the peaceful lake shore of Leivonmäki. About 240 km from Helsinki and about 40 km from Jyväskylä, less than 10 km of sandy road. Located on the shore of a small, clean lake. Note: drinking water must be brought with you! Use of the hot tub is agreed separately (at an additional cost) at the time of booking. No shower (bathing facilities in the outdoor sauna). Activities include Leivonmäki National Park, berry picking/mushroom picking, hiking, fishing, rowing, mountain biking, sup-boarding. Shop, bus stop about 10 km. No dogs or cats.

The golf villa was completed in 2021 and is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Saimaa in Joroisselkä, facing south. The equipment includes, among other things, comprehensive dishes, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrace has a lounge and dining area, as well as a heated outdoor pool. The air heat pump heats in winter and cools in summer. The villa is located 1 km from Kartanogolf course, and 3 km from the services of Joroinen church village, including shops, gas station, Kotipizza, Hesburger, health center.

Within a 15-minute drive, you will also find the outdoor areas of Hyyppään vuori and Mustavuori, as well as the amusement park of Nokkakivi.

Step into the Finnish countryside! The apartment, a former home for village school teacher, consists of one cozy bedroom (sleeps 3) and a bright spacious living room (sleeps 2 in the pull out couch). In addition there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (sleeps 2). Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is part of a former school building (built 1959, shown in the picture above on the right hand side) and the owners live next door. We want to serve but we give you the peace required.
