Monthly Rentals in North Shore

Hoping to come back!! I stayed here during a work trip. Denise was extremely responsive. It felt like a home away from home, it was easy to locate and check in. It’s conveniently located if you prefer walking or if you have limited transportation. The only downside was that at night it was rather warm in the home (~72), a/c was not available (seasonal), and it was storming that first night so i couldn’t open the windows then. But over all, I was very impressed! and will continue to recommend Denise’s home to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice apartment for our family (5 persons), relaxed to stay, sufficient space, good facilities to cook, and all (practical) items available what you wish for, well located for day trips to Boston and the beautiful area around Ipswich.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

Huntley was an amazing host! Incredibly responsive when running into a few things and the location is hard to beat. The full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher were great perks to have for an extended stay. Thank you for a great stay!
