Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Umpqua River

We had a quiet, beautiful stay with 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space and the house was clean and had a great kitchen and yard. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

We LOVED this place! The views from the house are gorgeous, and the house itself is clean and comfortable. The house is well supplied with everything guests might need (plenty of pots and pans, spices, additional towels and linens, laundry soap, etc.), as well as "extras," such as DVDs, games, and wood for the wood stove. We were delighted with the wild turkeys, deer, and beautiful flowers on the property, and we enjoyed seeing and hearing the cows in the distance. The incredible beauty and peacefulness of this home is wonderful therapy for the soul! Dorothy was a responsive and gracious host, and we hope to stay at her place again. This home is a 10/10!

Loved our stay, Bear is the best! Well-stocked kitchen for cooking, peaceful neighborhood, close to some nice restaurants and trails. Hope to be able to stay here again on another visit to Eugene.

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends to go skiing! We were happy with the location and I loved how the house felt like a home! The kitchen was huge and great for group meals. We had everything we needed and would be happy to book again for our next ski trip!

This house was colorful comfortable and cozy. We had a family gathering so, we stayed in most of the time and spent time together. We had plenty of space. I so enjoyed the decor. From the moment I opened the door I felt peaceful. The deck was completely fenced in. The sound of the creek was very pleasant. If I were to come back to Roseburg I would love to stay here again. Felt like we were living in the trees. Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed watching movies in the living room and loved the balcony (between rainstorms).

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts communicated very well and had very clear instructions for check in and out. I will definitely rent from them again but longer next time so I can enjoy it that much more.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! She was super responsive- even having our favorite breakfast items there when we arrived. Honestly one of the most hospitable Airbnb hosts I’ve been at- and I’ve stayed at many! The space was clean and cozy- and just 20 minutes south of Eugene! Will 1000% come back here next time I have to come through!

My husband and daughters stayed at this wonderful place again. Caroline and her husband are always so friendly and accommodating. This is my husband's first choice whenever he visits Eugene! Thanks again for providing a home away from home for my family!

If you happen to be in Roseburg, do yourself a favor and stay here! The place is gorgeous and the hosts pay great attention to detail. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

We had to scramble to find a place last minute due to our original booking having no power/safe because of a fire. Thankful to have found a place to stay in a very pretty area. The place was fairly clean. The only thing is that the bed was really just a fold out couch with some sheets on it so it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that it was a good place to stay for the night as we continued on with our road trip.
