Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Northeast Region

The accommodation corresponded to what we expected, a very nice and quiet place, the hostess served us super well, very polite and caring. I recommend it.

Casa Bellavista matches what the name suggests. The property's location delivers an excellent view of the Serra de Guaramiranga, with a complete structure to welcome guests. The daily rates included the services of Mrs. Mayara, which contributed with excellence so that we had a good stay. Mr. Antonio has always been very helpful in our doubts and requests, responding effectively and quickly. Finally, the only negative concerns the neighbor of the next house, who from the beginning treated us with unkindness because we had taken dogs.

The house has an astral and a good mto energy, the space is inviting and cozy, the backyard has a wonderful garden. The location is privileged, being a few meters from the main street. Geh served us well, always willing and kind. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The house is great. You have the necessary structure to stay. I just found it missing curtains on the windows. Communication with the host was excellent, always willing to help us. The location of the house is a little distant, between high paradise and São Jorge, closer to the high paradise entrance and the waterfalls almecegas. From the highway gate to the house has a dirt road of about 7 minutes by car. It didn't bother me at all, but I think it's important information for anyone to book. Overall it was a great stay, inside I was waiting for the place.

The condominium is a small oasis in SMG and the house of Matthieu and Ana form part of this beauty. An extremely welcoming place, with all very good taste and highlighting the purpose of this platform, which is to make us feel at home. And so it was. We spent 5 days at home, away from our homes. A point by and very high of Matthieu's house is Nenê, a charm of person and one that has the most amazing recipes of the region stored in its repertoire. One day she delighted us with an octopus vinaigrette and a moqueca that was from another world. I would spend an entire month enjoying this place and tasting all the dishes Nenê could make with the fresh seafood of the region. Extremely recommended.

Very good accommodation! Quiet place, nature around, everything clean. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but less than a 10-minute walk to the main points of the main street. Internet is great for remote work, and Marcia is a friendly person, willing to help with everything. I easily recommend it!

The place is more beautiful and cozy than it looks in the pictures. It has everything of the basics that is necessary for the stay, it was clean, it is very close to the city center (walking gives about 15 minutes, at most, downhill), there is a market nearby, bakery, waterfalls 10 minutes by car (Bonsucesso, for example, which is wonderful).

My stay at Mr. Odimar was excellent! The place is very cozy, well organized and comfortable, which made all the difference! I had good communication with the host, who always responded quickly and cordially, always willing to help and ensure that my experience was the best possible. The location is also great, with easy access to the Concessionaires subway station, as well as other services, such as: Barberias, Various Restaurants, Fast Food (Subway, McDonald's, Bob's), Panificators, Pharmacies, Carrefour, Sam's Club, among others. I highly recommend, who can, to have the possibility to choose, as a place for the purpose of stay, the buildings Real Celebration Life Club.

Simply impeccable! The house is even better than in the photos: extremely clean, organized and full of details that show care. The bed is very comfortable, the living room has a super cozy sofa, and the view of Brasília is breathtaking! Check-in was super easy, and the doormen were extremely attentive, ensuring a smooth experience from the start. We left at dawn and felt totally safe, it's a really reliable place. The location is excellent, with everything nearby, and the host is wonderful, always helpful and attentive. A perfect, unforgettable stay that deserves a top score!

We booked with this place because the place is simply fantastic. The pictures really don't do the house justice – it's an oasis of peace, with an eye for detail in everything, both in and around the house. It offers plenty of privacy and is maintained and cleaned with a lot of care and love by "the neighbors" – a somewhat older couple that we only saw for a while in the five days we were here. The description says there are two dogs, but we only saw one (Yoeri). And what a sweetheart! A quiet, gentle dog who hasn't barked at all during that time. The area is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest village, half of which runs on a road that is not very easy to walk. Still, it was fine – we didn't need a 4x4. Precisely that secluded location gives the place that special feeling of silence and tranquility. In short: we'd love to come back!

Very well furnished and organized house. Legal view to the Sea which is about a km from the house, very close to the beach.. Very top sound system, but you need to change the control battery or you do not access the Bluetooth.. Electric Furnace Tb is not working, but the Air fryer and the microwave solved for us.. Top pool only the heating that I found weak. Very good beds,air gelando. I found the house top, would rent again and indicate..

Amazing experience, that's the moment of renting! David and Maina were always very friendly and helpful. The house is very close to the center of Alto Paraíso (markets, restaurants, pharmacies) and several waterfalls, making everyday life easier. The house is very cozy and complete, with several items for cooking, barbecue and comfortable areas for sleeping and resting. Don't forget to turn on the water pump, as directed by the host, because on the first day we left to do a 5:30 am trail and we only come back at 11pm and we ran out of water!! But even in this situation, the hosts helped us and were able to point us to a nearby bed and breakfast for us to shower. The stay is well worth it!!

Amazing accommodation!

I recommend the super organized, clean (super fragrant bed and bath linens) and functional house with all the utensils we needed, including the helpful employee who left everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we used at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

We love the days we go by and recommend it to everyone! Messages are answered quickly and some minor issues have been resolved immediately. We also indicate the Chef de cuisine Nenê. She made all the difference in our stay. Delicious food, as well as being very helpful and proactive!

The villa is a very rustic but very comfortable style. One of the bathrooms is beautiful and outdoors and this may bother you a bit, but there are two, the other is well reserved. The house in general is very nice and I would stay again for sure. Among the negative points is the location that lies on a street without exit, not asphalt, and very strange, but a few meters away is the main street. A car is divided between the guests from above and below. A place to wash clothes is missing. But I liked it too much, though.
