Holiday rentals with a patio in Northeast Region

I recommend it without hesitation, upon my return to Porto Seguro I would stay with Helena a thousand times more..

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost by not following. The palace of the arts is a gate painting, watch out for that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Bay of the Dolphins, and the closest tourist proximity is clearly the chapadão, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties so much in safety, comfort, access to the beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Whoever has a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is toiletries (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

The stay was very good. It complied with the announced requirements. Comfortable and cozy place.

There are only two points to improve: 1. Internet which is unavailable at all times and manages to get worse at night. 2. if you give the bad luck of a non sense guest staying in the germinated house to yours, you will suffer from his noise until he has the urge to stop. It happened to me from 01:50 to 04:40 in the morning from a Monday to Tuesday. And no action has been taken. Taking that off, a nice place according to the photos. Worth the cost-benefit.

Large, comfortable house ideal for families on vacation, exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I stayed in Jen’s place for 11 days and we would’ve happily stayed for a month! The location is perfect - right on the quadrado but in a tiny community in a green oasis with a beautiful shared pool. The house was spotless, lovely and comfortable. (I found the house to be slightly larger than what the photos indicated.) What stood out, in addition to the location, was the quality of the support. Jen was easy to communicate with, but once we arrived, we were pampered by Ale for concierge services and Zilda for our house cleaning and breakfast. I cannot emphasize how lovely Zilda was - she arrived every morning with a great big smile and made a spectacular breakfast and looked after the house all with good cheer. She did not speak English, but regardless, she was easy to communicate with. Fabulous spot!

Extremely clean and organized house, many cutlery and kitchen utensils available including mto good fridge. The space quietly houses 4 people, ventilator in the living room and air-conditioning in all the rooms oq left the experience even better, I was surprised because it is even better in the photos. Quiet Neighborhood and the place is not far from the center if you go by car but for those who like a walk will be quiet as well. We very much liked the house, problems I had were related only to the city 🥰

I spent unforgettable days in house 2. It is cozy, very clean, comfortable, the impeccable beds that have afforded us perfect nights of sleep. Place well located, accessible to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, barzinhos, beaches, making our stay even more enjoyable. Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

She responds quickly, gave us directions to restaurants, markets and pharmacies and even made the check-out flexible. I highly recommend your accommodation and hope to return more often.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The super attentive host, and the great communication. It still left some pampering for us at the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!
