A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

9 blocks from the metro and a brand new Trader Joe’s, this private entrance basement, separated from the upstairs, is located in a quite, tree lined, neighborhood with restaurants, bars and breweries. The BNB features a full kitchen for home cooked meals, washer/dryer, desk for working, and private outside patio for enjoying the weather. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.
