Attractive guest apartment in a charming altitude

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our single-family house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with floor heating, controlled ventilation system, WiFi and TV. The bus connections in a 15-minute walk. Cycle, in Tübingen city traffic are excellent. Rest in nature is right outside.

My accommodation is located on the edge of the meuse, along the greenway.It is ideal if you like cycling, walking, horse riding, mountain-biking, nature. You'll love my place because of its location, its calm, its comfort, its view, its swimming pool (available from May to October). This is a bed and breakfast formula (with just a small kitchen ... but not enough to cook) so with breakfast. The price indicated is therefore a price per person, per night and breakfast included.

Cozy room with private bathroom, with comfortable bed (1.20m), tv, spacious wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. Ideal for business trips and recreational stays. The room is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance. We have a parking lot and a large garden. Nearby is Lake Niskie Brodno. The centre is a 15-minute walk away, bus station is 10 minutes away, shops are nearby.
