We live in the attached house with our medium sized friendly & vocal dog - Bobby who has full access to our yard.

Tutti on the Farm

Think of Tutti as a stylish cozy glamping experience. A refurbished vintage 1979 Rambler trailer that makes camping way easier and more comfy. She has water, electricity, beds and a dinette. There are outdoor chairs, a firepit and a covered deck. Tutti has a private outhouse & an outdoor shower. Tutti is located on a working horse farm where you can book trail rides, hike trails, and visit an on-site Day Spa. An artist designed full cottage on the local Apple Route. A wooded property with spectacular views of Lake Ontario. Near quaint village of Brighton, beach & nature of Presquile Park, golf, antiques, hiking, biking, Lake Ontario & fresh water Little Lake. An ideal place for peace, comfort and contemplation.

Forest Yurt

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

The cabin facing the river. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1: has a Double with a single on top. Bedroom 2: has two singles bunk. Living-room has a sofa bed. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, large air-fryer , microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. Hiking, ATV, Snowmobile trail runs right behind the cabin for all year fun. A/C in the summer and fully winterized. Unlimited STARLINK Wi-Fi. "NO PETS" policy.
