Holiday rentals with beach access in Northwest Indiana

Happy I found this listing and stayed. great Host, cummicated and was exactly as advertised. good location a few blocks from downtown 10-15 minutes walking. would definitely stay again.

Had a good stay. Host was kind and very responsive. Place is very clean and comfy. Kitchen has all you need appliances. Super happy there was coffee! Bit away from downtown. Expect a $15-25 dollar cab ride.

Craig was extremely nice and accommodating when it came to my birthday weekend. He responds quickly to all questions asked and makes sure we’re comfortable at all times. This home was clean, accurately described, and had the perfect “home feeling”. Overall, when visiting the area I will be booking here again !

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a show at the Casino, this place was tremendous. Very easy to find, super close to the Casino and the room was quite nice. Would definitely book again if we find ourselves in that area again 😁

Huge house. 4 big bedrooms. 2 nice size bathrooms. Kitchen was big either plenty of space. Close to beach access and zoo. Quiet neighbor. Restaurants and outlet stores close by. Would recommend staying here! Great host and we enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

This charming cottage exceeded our expectations in every way! The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The interior's fresh, well-maintained condition made us feel instantly at home. The highlight was definitely the convenient beach access - perfect for spontaneous walks and sunset views. We particularly appreciated all the special touches throughout the property that showed real attention to detail. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners while they were tending to the yard, and their warm hospitality added an extra special touch to our stay. Their care for the property is evident in every corner. We've already marked this cottage as a favorite for future visits. It's a true gem that delivers everything you could want in a beach getaway. We had a great time at Tim’s cottage. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It is in a great location, close to everything that southwest Michigan has to offer.

We had a great weekend here! The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us and more than enough room to cook together, play games, and spend a night in. Would definitely recommend for other groups visiting the area.

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

We enjoyed our stay in Benton Harbor. Our kids loved taking our small dog out for walks and seeing the beach and sunsets nearby. We had a great time on our vacation which was not far from great locations like St. Joe’s, Holland and even Grand Rapids. We highly recommend Ethan’s Air B and B and look forward to coming back in the summer.

This place was perfect for a friends getaway from Chicago!! We loved the fire pits and cozy vibe throughout the property. So lovely all the dog’s life decor❤️ We really enjoyed being so close to Three Oaks, Union Pier, and Warren Dunes! Thank you Pam, you were a great host!!

We had an amazing stay here as our girls getaway. This was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house is beautifully renovated and very well done and you cannot beat the views of Lake Michigan. The hot tub was huge and outdoor space was very well furnished - so relaxing! The drop off/steep stairs down to beach would scare me with kids, but this was an adults only weekend (woohoo!) and we all loved getting some exercise and fresh air with a great scenic beach walk. The hosts are so thoughtful and had the house VERY well stocked. Lots of towels, spices, coffee, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, lots of wine glasses/coffee cups and anything you need to cook/serve a big meal. Felt like a luxury beach house. We all want to come back again! We were all ladies between the ages of 30-60. Went to Tabor Hill and Round Barn winery (25 min drive) but mostly hung out at home. Grabbed coffee and did some shopping in Saint Joseph (5 min drive) before heading home (cute town!).

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. There are tons of nice touches throughout, and we definitely relaxed when we were there! The only issue we had is that ubers kept getting the wrong directions/address, but when we used the gyro shop as a pick up/drop off spot, we were fine. The location is in walking distance of Wrigley Field, and great restaurants and thrift shops, and public transit. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Chicago!

We were in town visiting our son for Easter and this place was exactly what we needed. Unbeknownst to me, my son lives in the building behind the Rambler Inn so it was so convenient. My daughter drove in from Ohio so the parking space was a bonus. The house was very spacious for the four of us and we were able to have family meals in the dining room. The hosts were great about communicating and we definitely plan on staying again in the future.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Love this place! It’s peaceful, walkable, plenty of things to do in the area and close to the Lake. Will definitely be back to stay here and visit family. Thanks Kaye, for always being responsive and helpful.

Great stay!! Perfect location and it suited our family and dogs wonderfully while we weee in Chicago for 4 nights. I passed this listing along to a friend who is looking to stay in the same area. Overall great experience and we loved our time there!

It was a nice stay for a couple of nights with friends. The private location offered quiet surroundings, and it was conveniently located: just a few blocks from the CTA, Asian restaurants, and a lake.
