Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. One mile from Route 26! Charming apartment with private locked entrance and separate driveway attached to historic 1880s farmhouse in the foothills of Western Maine. Clean and cozy, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and two sofa sleepers which make it a great spot for a couple or a family of four. We're only fifteen minutes to Mt. Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

The Burrow at Patch Mountain

Surrounded by nature, this is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking an active outdoor adventure or a quiet restful retreat. The Burrow is a small studio cottage, set between two other buildings, on a wooded 4.2 acre property. It’s a cozy space with a full kitchen, views of the river and abundant natural light. It has its own sunny patio for eating and shares a fire ring, sitting area and driveway with my other AirBnB- The Haven at Patch Mountain.

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly but only one dog allowed. Please give us dog info- breed, size. Always have your dog on a leash even in our yard.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) All the equipment is waiting for you. Lots to explore in the area as well, being close to Bethel and Sunday River, Fryeburg, North Conway and the White Mountains. Enjoy the glow of the fire pit at night, or gather inside for games or a movie.
