Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

The area is a good location to see northern lights and arctic animals. Here you can fish in the fjord that is icy 6 months a year, go mountain hikes in the nearby area or drive into Tromsø which takes about 30 minutes. I have free baby crib, snowshoes, sledges, sledges, sledges, fishing and ice fishing excursions. You can also rent a sauna, skis and snowboards on request :-)

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storehouse is over a century old, but has been renovated in several rounds. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is for the exclusive use of you guests, and access to the rest of the main house is restricted. There are 5 litres of water available in the fridge. The cabin is equipped with electricity and wifi. Water is collected from the stream, in winter the host puts in cans with water. Outdoor toilet located nearby.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Beach front

Pond, clean water, sand bottom, amazing Finnish sauna. There is a queen size bed and a sofa which fits two people. There is a seperate entrance to the sauna, which has a shower and bathtub. The sauna is used also by us. We have deer that are kept in a fenced in area.
