The apartment has previously been the farm's stable, but is today converted into a unique home with a fire place. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels available to rent for SEK 100 per person. Proximity to cross-country trails and downhill skiing, ice skating on Lake Orsa and hiking trails. The cabin is of high standard, 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. There is water, electricity, heat pump and wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The cabin has its own Wi-Fi. TV can be connected to Apple TV or Comcast. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Beautiful cabin without neighbors by the lake

Newly renovated cottage located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is completely secluded with beautiful views and sun from early in the morning until 10 pm in the evening. It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Use of the hot tub must be agreed upon, price NOK 400 for the first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented out to quiet and orderly people. No parties allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean

Enjoy the silence and peace of our cozy cabin yard. Little light pollution in the dark season, and is great for hiking in summer and winter. Here you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna after the trip, cook good food and relax with a TV evening. Minimum 2 days rental. There is no running water, but about 200 liters in jugs. Shower can be used with heated water that is turned on in its own shower container in the sauna house. Renting the sauna itself costs NOK 200 in addition.
