Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

It's easy to relax in this new, unique and peaceful holiday resort. Skiing and hiking trails start right next to the house. At the end of the day, you can heat up the traditional outdoor sauna and enjoy the steam in the warmth of the log sauna. The villa has just been completed.
