Monthly Rentals in Norwood

Great stay, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Apartment is easily accessible from public transportation. Amazing host! Communication was great. When I had a minor issue come up, Jameela made it right very quickly.

Jennifer's place was exactly as described. It was the perfect location while I was in town visiting my daughter who attend Xavier University. close to the zoo, many restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe to walk every day.

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

This 3rd story walk-up is both cozy and surprisingly roomy. It’s a great spot for an individual or couple that needs a place to stay and work. Lots of light from well positioned windows and an impressive amount of closet space in the bedroom. A great find that I’m putting on my list for future visits to Norwood/Xavier University.
