I spent a month at Fernanda and Luiz's stay, and had a great experience! The garden view and decor are cozy, and I managed to have a desirable privacy. The dialogue for doubts and possibilities has always been friendly, and, despite being "inside" the grounds of their house, I felt at home in the dynamics of my day-to-day life. And in the few moments we met, Fernanda and Luiz asked how it was, and asked for returns to make the space more enjoyable. The neighborhood is very good for walking, with a gym, restaurants, supermarkets and bakery nearby. For those who want to have a better moment still in BH, I highly recommend!

We love the stay, all very clean and comfortable, bed and bath linens, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a very well-kept garden and a beautiful view of the forest. It was a very pleasant weekend! Thanks to Egon and Célia!

I want to leave my sincere thanks to the hosts and the wonderful house where I had the opportunity to stay. From the first contact, I was received with great attention and cordiality, which already made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process. The house is charming: cozy, well decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. Every detail was thought out with great affection and care, creating a warm and comfortable environment. The location is also excellent, providing easy access to the main tourist landmarks, while offering tranquility and privacy. The hostess was super helpful, always willing to help and ensure that my experience was the best possible, which made all the difference in my stay. Without a doubt, this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. I recommend it to everyone!!

Grandpa Paulo was a great host. Since check in, always very polite and helpful. The house is excellent and surprised us positively! In the outdoor area there is a heated pool and a SPA with hydromassage aquecidissima. The children enjoyed a lot, even though they didn't have a lot of sunshine. It has a stretchy bed on the lawn that had a lot of fun. Both the outside and the indoor area have space to cook and hold meals. There are four suites, two upstairs and two downstairs. The house has two social baths, one next to the TV room and another in the outside area. The view is wonderful and Grandpa Paulo was very helpful and friendly. We went to New Year's and Grandpa Paulo pampered us with a sparkling wine. The house with clean towels and bed linens. Everything is very well organized and clean! We left already wanting to schedule our next trip! We like it so much!

Property exactly as shown in the photos. Joaquim is an excellent attentive host and always available to the guest. I recommend hosting and would come back again.
